Abstract:
مقدمه: ژیگانتوماستی ناشی از حاملگی از شرایط نادری است که بصورت بزرگ شدن پیشرونده پستان‌ها در زمان حاملگی بروز می‌کند. تا بحال دلیل بروز این بیماری شناخته نشده است. معرفی بیمار: بیمار خانم 19 ساله‌ای است که در هفته بیست و دوم اولین حاملگی به علت بزرگی پیشرونده پستان ها از اولین ماه حاملگی مراجعه کرده بود. در معاینه، پستان های بسیار بزرگ که تا کشاله ران بیمار امتداد داشت مشاهده شد. نتایج سونوگرافی و آزمایش‌های هورمونی بیمار طبیعی بود. در مورد بروز عوارض احتمالی مثل زخمی شدن و عفونت پوست پستان‌ها اطلاعات کافی به بیمار داده شد. همچنین در دوران بارداری، بیمار مکرراً ویزیت شد. در هفته سی و هفتم حاملگی، بیمار با شرایط عمومی بسیار خوب از طریق زایمان واژینال نوزادش را بدنیا آورد. پس از زایمان بیمار تحت انجام ماموپلاستی قرار گرفت. نتیجه گیری: با مراقبت های مناسب دوران حاملگی، ویزیت های مکرر بیمار، آموزش بیمار از نظر بروز عوارض احتمالی و رعایت بهداشت فردی، با وجود پستان های بسیار بزرگ، بیمار می تواند دوران حاملگی را بدون بروز عارضه جدی طی کرده و پس از آن تحت عمل جراحی انتخابی قرار گیرد.
